Our six-week paid internship is a demanding yet rewarding programme of learning and hands on experience. It’s also a great opportunity to get a taste for global real estate and see whether our industry, and our business, is right for you. This programme offers you the opportunity to work with other interns within your cohort, giving you a chance to start building your network. Excel, and you could be offered a place on our graduate scheme at the end.
Your role as an Intern will involve assisting more experienced surveyors with daily tasks. You will be expected to advise internal employees and external clients on many aspects of the property lifecycle. You can expect to work within any of the below disciplines:
- Professional (Property Management, Development, Lease Advisory)
- Agency (Retail, Industrial, Offices)
- Valuation & Advisory
- Capital Markets
- Global Occupier Services
- Investment & Asset Management

Eligibility
- Expected 2.1 undergraduate degree classification / equivalent MSc
- Must be in penultimate year of study
- Both non-cognate and cognate degrees are accepted
- Maths and English GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or Higher
- Ambitious individuals motivated by success
- Display business focus with knowledge of the industry and news
- A high level of drive, initiative, and development potential
- An ability to anticipate, analyse and solve problems
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- An ability to work as part of a team, establishing good working relationships
