DRS is a legal and regulatory consultancy based in the heart of London and Newcastle that provides contract management services to financial firms including some of the world’s largest banks and asset managers. We have a broad expertise within the finance industry and particularly the global derivatives market. We are a trusted partner to our clients through our ability to combine experience and knowledge with an understanding of their business.
We enable our clients to manage their business critical contracts effectively, assisting in driving both their commercial objectives and legal and regulatory compliance.
Established in 2009, we have approximately 110 members of staff, operating both on-site and off-site from offices in London and Newcastle. Our market leading team is led by our directors who all have extensive legal and industry expertise within financial services.
Our ambition for the next five years is to grow to be the UK’s largest provider of outsourced contract management services to the financial services industry.
