First Ascent Business is a competition for Italy’s most promising students and recent graduates who share a passion for business, technology, and taking on ambitious challenges.
Participants engage in a series of team challenges lasting 24 hours straight, starting in the morning and taking place at the Bending Spoons state-of-the-art HQ in Milan. It’s an unmissable, all-expenses-paid opportunity to network, impress, and find out what you’re capable of.

WHO ORGANIZES FIRST ASCENT BUSINESS?
First Ascent Business is organized by Bending Spoons, a leading European tech company that has served half a billion people since launching in 2013, with 100 million using its products each month. An award-winning culture and international team have made it a top workplace in Italy.
First Ascent Business is completely free—all expenses, including travel, accommodation, and activities, are covered by Bending Spoons.

THE SELECTION PROCESS
Only the top 30 applicants will make the final cut, following a multi-step selection process designed to ensure the excellent level of all participants. Results will be announced by mid-September 2024.
