Working with dealers and local partners, Ford Fund provides access to opportunities and resources that help all people reach their full potential.

Ford Fund’s signature programs include Ford Blue Oval Scholars, Ford College Community Challenge, Ford Driving Dreams, Ford Driving Skills for Life, Ford Next Generation Learning and the Ford Volunteer Corps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with branding and communication strategy implementation of Ford Fund programs
  • Create branding material for Ford Fund programs such as infographics and digital assets
  • Assist with metrics and data collection process around key programs
  • Understand process flow of Ford Fund operational systems; and how the internal operations and processes work in order to help efficiently move/process funding requests
  • Be knowledgeable and understand project confidentiality to protect sensitive information and internal/external relationships
  • Support Community Relations’ interface with external partners by assisting with programs
  • Other tasks assigned by managers

  • Strong communication, written, and research skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of or experience with local and/or national nonprofit organizations, education
  • organizations in the K-12, Higher Education
  • Experience coordinating or managing programs
  • Experience/Interaction with senior management preferred
  • Some experience working across organizations to coordinate and/or implement activities
  • Flexibility and strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in using social media in a professional manner
  • Some experience with external community engagement
  • Planning and logistical skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Team player and interpersonal skills
  • Willing and able to travel within the US

Desired but not Required Skills and Experience:

  • Videography skills
  • Knowledge in Photography software
  • Creativity skills

Required Education:

  • Current college student (Junior, or Senior)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
