GEYC Community is a platform of sharing and communication among its members. Getting involved in our local, national and European projects is a way to improve yourself, a way for better!

We are young people working with young people through both peer-to-peer education and mass communication supported by leaders.
Scope: empowering young people to create a positive change in their community
Objectives:
- Supporting education at local, national and international level;
- Promoting social networks and new media technologies for personal and professional youth development at local, national and international level;
- Defending human rights in general, especially of young people at local, national and international level;
- Stimulating individual and organisational social responsibility at local, national and international level;
- Encouraging entrepreneurship at local, national and international level;
- Developing educational programs especially for young people at local, national and international level.
Fields of action:
- Education, social media, human rights protection, corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship.
Activities:
- Educational projects (seminars, conferences, training, summer schools), intercultural projects (youth exchanges, study visits, networking events), research projects, challenges, raising awareness campaigns.

Criteria:
- Fitting in one of the following categories: 14-35 years young people and/or youth workers and/or teachers;
- Serious commitment to support GEYC's projects;
- Good command of English language (conversational and basic writing levels);
- Having an active Facebook account (in order to get updated of GEYC's news through GEYC Community's Facebook group);
- Romanian nationality (you can reside in Romania or abroad);
- We strongly encourage the membership of young people with fewer opportunities and we are ready to offer them dedicated opportunities;
- As GEYC is an apolitical nonprofit organisations, by filling this form you declare on your responsibility that you have no official political involvement;
- As GEYC statute does not allow connections with religious organisations or activities, by filling this form you declare on your responsibility that you have no official religious involvement;
- As GEYC statute clearly forbids any kind of discrimination or association for discrimination activities; by filling this form you declare on your responsibility that you have no connection with discrimination activities or hate speech.
