Overview
The Galicia Jewish Museum internship programme offers an in-depth insight into the workings of a growing, dynamic, organisation. Internships are for a minimum of eight weeks and can take place throughout the year. Interns are fully immersed in the everyday workings on the Museum, allowing them to gain practical experience in a thriving cultural institution, whilst focusing on the preservation of Jewish memory and Holocaust memory in both a Polish and international context.
Details
Interested candidates are invited to apply for internships with one of four Museum departments, or for a general programme rotating between departments:
- Education and Research
- External Relations and Communications
- Exhibitions
- Operations
Please note that most often interns are inivited to rotate between departments, most commonly between the Education and Operations Departments.
All internships include working at the Visitors’ Welcoming Centre and guiding visiting groups through the exhibitions.
