Details
Internships at Global Footprint Network are great opportunities to build on existing skills and interests of college students in the area of sustainability and global resource and energy issues. They are especially valuable for students who want to apply their academic knowledge to real world experiences. In the past, skills developed during internships helped students with admission into graduate school and provided students with new career possibilities.
Every four months we bring on a new cohort of interns in three primary areas: research, communications and fundraising. After receiving training, interns work on individual projects. Successful applicants will be motivated, responsible self-starters and able to work with minimum direction. Desired previous experience includes: computer programming, input/output analysis, life cycle assessment, international bonds, writing and fundraising. We are especially interested in applicants from diverse backgrounds.
