Our New Analyst Programme is a full-time programme for final year undergraduate and graduate students. As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills.

As a participant, you will:

  • Asset Management: We provide investment management solutions across all major asset classes to a diverse set of institutional and individual clients.
  • Consumer & Investment Management: Helps clients achieve investment goals and financial well-being.
  • Corporate and Workplace Solutions: Provides commercial solutions to enable the flow of business and delivers a world-class work experience.
  • Engineering: Envisions, builds and deploys industry-leading innovations that drive our business and extend boundaries.
  • Executive Office: Plays an integral role in setting and advancing Goldman Sachs’ corporate strategy, and in preserving the firm’s distinctive culture.
  • Finance: Manages the firm’s liquidity, capital and risk, and provides the overall financial control and reporting function.
  • Global Compliance: Dedicated to protecting the reputation of the firm and managing risk across all business areas.
  • Global Investment Research: Delivers client-focused research in the equity, fixed income, currency and commodities markets.
  • Global Markets: Enables our clients to buy and sell financial products, raise funding and manage risk.
  • Human Capital Management: Responsible for attracting, developing and managing the firm’s biggest asset: our people.
  • Internal Audit: Assesses the firm’s internal control structure, advises management on developing control solutions and monitors the implementation of these measures.
  • Investment Banking: Provides a broad range of investment banking services to a diverse group of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, asset managers and governments.
  • Legal: Plays an essential role in the formulation and implementation of the strategy of Goldman Sachs.
  • Operations: For every trade agreed, new product launched, market entered, and transaction completed, Operations enables businesses to flow.
  • Risk: Identifies, monitors, evaluates and manages the firm’s financial and non-financial risks in support of the firm’s strategic plan.

ELIGIBLITY

Eligible students will fulfil one of the below criteria:

  • in their final year, or
  • currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree programme and due to graduate between May 2023 and July 2024
  • FICC and Equities considers candidates graduating in 2023 and 2024
