Our Work Placement Programme is a year long programme for undergraduate students in their final year of study. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of one of our divisions: Consumer and Wealth Management, Tax, Controllers and Corporate Treasury, Human Capital Management, Internal Audit, Operations, Global Markets, and Corporate & Workplace Solutions.
As a participant, you will:

Divisions
- Consumer & Investment Management: Helps clients achieve investment goals and financial well-being.
- Corporate & Workplace Solutions: Delivers solutions that maximize the efficiency and productivity of our people.
- Finance: Manages the firm’s liquidity, capital and risk, and provides the overall financial control and reporting function.
- Human Capital Management: Responsible for attracting, developing and managing the firm’s biggest asset: our people.
- Internal Audit: Assesses the firm’s internal control structure, advises management on developing control solutions and monitors the implementation of these measures.
