We’re now looking for a Customer Success Intern (PMS Department) to join our global team and help us deliver seamless experiences for our partners and internal users.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Intern within the PMS (Property Management System) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple departments across GuestReady, including the Help Center, Newsletter, Account Management, and Product teams.
You’ll assist with operational follow-ups, content management, and internal communication — all while helping to ensure a smooth experience for both our internal teams and external partners.
This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with colleagues around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, translate, and update Help Center articles and user guides in multiple languages (EN/PT/ES).
- Support internal communications by reporting product releases and preparing newsletters.
- Manage and maintain demo environments, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date content.
- Prepare and distribute informative emails and incident notifications to relevant stakeholders.
- Track development requests and assist in coordinating integration follow-ups with partners.
- Clean, organize, and analyze operational data to ensure documentation and reports remain accurate and consistent.
