Overview
The Msc – Master of Science in Fashion Management is a 4-term program completely taught in English designed for talented individuals wishing to specialize in fashion and luxury management and to achieve an international career in the Fashion and Luxury industry. The program prepares fashion managers of Fashion and Luxury companies who will work confidently in competitive global environments. They will share their acquired knowledge and experiences while promoting best practices in the international fashion arena.

The MSc – Master of Science offers participants the opportunity to interact with a dedicated professional faculty and international guest lecturers, specialized in Fashion and Luxury management; to visit companies including their ateliers, showrooms, and flagship stores; and to learn about new trends and successful business models in Fashion and across segments, from luxury companies to fast fashion retailers.
CURRICULUM
The MSc in Fashion Management is the perfect program to specialize in Fashion and Luxury management.
The program is offered on a full-time basis and consists of 3 consecutive terms of courses followed by a professional experience. The curriculum is developed around introductory courses to build a common managerial background; core management courses; and specialized courses in fashion.
Our students benefit from a dedicated faculty with extensive experience and knowledge of the industry. There are collaboration with many companies and professionals operating in the fashion industry, from luxury to fast fashion retailers. Companies are involved in the program through guest lectures, consulting projects, internships/jobs and flagship stores visits.
Courses will be a mix of interactive lectures and traditional classes; guest speakers from the academic and fashion business community; corporate visits and seminars; and problem-based learning cases.

ZOOM ON… LEARNING TRIPS AND COMPANY VISITS
Students have the additional opportunity, if they wish, to participate in a learning trip (for an additional fee). Several trips have been organized throughout the program in the past years to deepen students’ learning experience, including a threeday study tour in Italy.Visits carried out during the previous editions of the Master included: Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Versace, La Perla, La Rinascente, Ferragamo Museum, Armani Silos, Gianfranco Ferré, Fondazione Prada, Premiere Vision, Ecole Lesage, and Atelier Chanel, Tranoi, 10 Corso Como.
WORKSHOPS AND CORPORATE EVENTS
Alongside the courses, the program includes additional workshops and corporate events to develop participants’ personal and professional skills further. These cover a range of topics such as conflict management in cross-cultural environments and intercultural communication.
Our Talent program helps participants to establish their professional career plan by working on their skills, personal strengths, and using networking tools to be prepared to meet recruiters’ expectations internationally
Partnership with Istituto Marangoni
Some of the courses offered during the Master in Fashion Management program are offered by faculty from Istituto Marangoni. Istituto Marangoni was founded in 1935 in Milano as ‘Istituto Artistico dell’Abbigliamento Marangoni’ and in 2015 it reaches a special milestone, 80 years of history and success in training the top professionals of Fashion and Design.
A DOUBLE DEGREE OPPORTUNITY FOR GRANDE ECOLE STUDENTS
IÉSEG students already enrolled in the Grande Ecole Program admitted in the MSc in Fashion Management can obtain a double degree: the GE (Grandes Ecoles) and the MSc in Fashion Management, by adding just a semester to the 5-years Master program.
To be admitted, students are expected to validate their first year Master (4th year – GE program), by having finished the two semesters of courses.
During their 5th-year, IÉSEG students will follow all the fashion courses listed in the program and some of the compulsory management courses/guest lectures. They will write the memoire/project consulting on a fashion management topic, and during the additional semester (first semester of the 6th year), they will undertake a 6 months internship in a fashion company.

Upon successful completion of the program (120 ECTS), students are awarded the traditional ‘MSc – Master of Science Degree ’ from the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (“Diplôme de la Conférence des Grandes Écoles”), which attests to the School’s excellence.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The Master of Science in Fashion Management caters to students who already hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field. We encourage students from a wide range of academic backgrounds who show strong potential and interest in the fashion business world to join us.
What you need to apply:
- A Bachelor degree in any field from a recognized university with strong academic performance
- Transcripts in English/Spanish/French of your Bachelor degree (up to date if you have not graduated yet)
- Your Bachelor diploma (if applicable)
- A good command of English; English Proficiency test for non-native speakers: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL IBT 85, TOEIC 4 skills 850, Duolingo 105, Cambridge Exam B2.

Cost/funding for participants
TUITION FEES
€18,900 for domestic and international students.
Other mandatory fees can go up to €500 (including, for example, the Alumni Association fee). Unlike some other countries where international students pay a much higher tuition than domestic students, there is NO difference between tuition for French and international students at IÉSEG.

SCHOLARSHIPS
IÉSEG offers large numbers of scholarships in the form of tuition waiver up to €5,000 for students who meet the various criteria for each case. No separate application is needed. Decisions will be made during admission commission and released along with admission decision.

Eiffel Scholarship
The Eiffel Excellence Program offers funding for a Master’s postgraduate degree course and PhD. It is run by the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Focusing on three key subject areas of sciences, economics and management, law and political science, its primary aim is to offer scholarships in French higher education establishments to future public and private sector decision-makers in foreign countries. As regards the Master’s degree course, students pursuing careers in teaching and research are not eligible as they can benefit from other grant programs.
It also seeks to encourage applicants from developing countries, particularly in Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the new EU Member States, although this does include industrialised countries for the PhD component. The Eiffel Programme is designed to help French higher education establishments attract high calibre overseas students. Only French higher education establishments can submit applications and, if successful, they must enrol the candidates in the requested courses to obtain the Eiffel grant.
