Overview

Our Compliance department is seeking a final-year intern. The main objective of this internship is to develop clear and structured manuals and procedures that enable users to efficiently operate the system while ensuring compliance and standardization of practices across the impacted departments.

Based in Luxembourg, Jetfly Aviation is the fractional ownership arm of the Jetfly Group. We operate a fleet of Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24), along with the Cirrus SF50, combining Swiss precision and exceptional service to deliver a refined private flying experience, exclusively for over 450 co-owners across Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and review internal documentation and process in accordance with industry quality standards and best practices.
  • Set up checklists to be used during internal audits. 
  • Monitoring and improving the Compliance Performance Indicators. 
  • Improve the Compliance Management System environment (SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.). 
  • Apply a critical mindset to propose improvements to existing processes.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Profile: 

  • Final-year student in a relevant field (quality management, engineering, aeronautics, or equivalent). 
  • Strong ability to understand complex processes and transcribe them clearly and coherently. 
  • Excellent writing and synthesis skills. 
  • Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with different teams. 
  • Critical and analytical mindset to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Organizational skills and autonomy. 
  • Strong proficiency in office tools, essential for drafting and structuring procedures. 
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, and Power BI is an advantage
  • Knowledge of EASA Regulations (CAMO, Part-145, OPS) is an advantage. 
  • Knowledge of AMOS and Centrik software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and a good level of French are required.

Internship Compensation package

  • Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
    • Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
  • Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
