Responsibilities
- Support the Crew Operations team in monitoring and adjusting crew rosters
- Assist in tracking crew availability and operational constraints
- Provide support in managing last-minute operational changes such as sickness, training adjustments, or operational needs
- Assist in monitoring compliance with crew duty and rest regulations in accordance with aviation requirements
- Contribute to data analysis related to crew utilization and roster optimization
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance indicators for Crew Operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Crew Operations department

Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Aviation, Air Transport, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in aviation operations, ideally in business aviation
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn

Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
