Why our Graduate Program?

The Lendlease Global Graduate Program supports our goal to build capability for our future growth. With opportunities nationally the Lendlease Global Graduate Program supports the transition of a university graduate to a Lendlease Graduate who has foundational skills through a structured and supportive environment. Our joint commitment to you is to expand your insight and knowledge of our industry whilst providing the opportunity for you to gain practical experience in a range of sectors across the construction, property and infrastructure industry. 

The experience is what you make it, and we know that the best learning comes from doing. Over the two year program, you will have a minimum of two rotations. They may vary in length and timing based on what’s happening in our businesses, but you will be provided with the opportunity to experience new roles, projects or teams within your function. As a Lendlease Graduate you are given the chance to develop a broad range of skills, get to know more about what we do and identify where you work best.

Work with all levels of management and be supported by a dedicated program support team who will expertly coach you to shape a development pathway that is specific to you. You can look forward to learning as a combination of highly individualised experiences, with each learning interaction building over time as you progress through the program. This is complimented by role-specific and on-the-job development directly linked to your program discipline. Simply put, as a Lendlease Graduate you will learn through doing.

• Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Environmental and Asset)
• Finance
• Occupational Health & Safety
• Property Economics/ Property Development/ Urban Design
• Quantity Surveying/Cost Planning
