Live and work in New York City

Spend a life-changing 12-months in New York City enhancing your resume with an international training or internship placement, gaining hands-on experience in American business practice, growing your professional network, and paving the way for your future career.

Are you ready to take your career to the next level?  We welcome dynamic recent graduates and young professionals to New York City every year, providing them with a career-boosting corporate placement in a world-class company, and an opportunity to learn about and immerse themselves in American culture.

Outside of their corporate placement our trainees and interns like to make the most of their #MountbattenLife. From celebrating U.S. holidays, to brunch and Broadway shows in the city, to catching a Yankees game or watching the Knicks at Madison Square Garden, weekend road trips to the Jersey Shore or The Hamptons, or longer jaunts to New Orleans or California, our participants jam-pack their free time with unforgettable moments and memories.

Our alumni describe their Mountbatten experience as the best year of their lives, making lifelong friends, enjoying U.S. traditions and fulfilling their professional potential.

When we asked our alumni whether Mountbatten had helped their career 97%* gave a resounding yes. At the end of the program our trainees walk away with a distinctive resume that helps them stand out in an increasingly competitive job market.
