Position Objective:

The intern will lend support to the Customer Insights team, including market research analysis, data analysis, reporting, resource allocation, database management, project management, process improvement activities, project analysis, design and implementation, as well as assist in ongoing process workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support of general Customer Insights activities
  • Analysis of original and third-party market research data
  • Questionnaire drafting and revision in coordination with other departments
  • Preparation and follow-up of project meetings
  • Creation and monitoring of online customer surveys
  • Survey programming using online survey programming software
  • Independent project management on market research projects

Description of Ideal Candidate:


  • Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Study, or related field
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude
  • High degree of self-motivation and positive problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task, with proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
