Join our innovative product management team at SCHOTT Tubing as an International Graduate (m/w/d)!
We are looking for a Graduate with a global & innovation-focused mindset at our site in Mitterteich who wants to enhance our product management team for pharmaceutical tubing. Within our 18-24-month International Graduate Program we offer a professional career in a fast-paced international business environment. The position will be filled at the earliest possible date.
Your Contribution
- Understand customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to elaborate product portfolio decisions
- Provide global technical, scientific and regulatory consulting, including glass training for customers as well as industry stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate improvement and innovation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, marketing and sales to meet market and customer requirements including problem-solving processes

Your Profile
- University degree in natural sciences
- First practical experience in project management, experience in glass production or analytics would be a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office and ability to work effectively across cultures
- Team-minded, communicative personality with a focus on global connectivity
- Strategic and analytical thinking to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions
- Fluency in German and English and the willingness to travel nationally and internationally
