Join our innovative product management team at SCHOTT Tubing as an International Graduate (m/w/d)!

We are looking for a Graduate with a global & innovation-focused mindset at our site in Mitterteich who wants to enhance our product management team for pharmaceutical tubing. Within our 18-24-month International Graduate Program we offer a professional career in a fast-paced international business environment. The position will be filled at the earliest possible date.

Your Contribution

Understand customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to elaborate product portfolio decisions
Provide global technical, scientific and regulatory consulting, including glass training for customers as well as industry stakeholders
Manage and coordinate improvement and innovation projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, marketing and sales to meet market and customer requirements including problem-solving processes

Your Profile

University degree in natural sciences
First practical experience in project management, experience in glass production or analytics would be a plus.
Advanced knowledge of MS-Office and ability to work effectively across cultures
Team-minded, communicative personality with a focus on global connectivity
Strategic and analytical thinking to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions
Fluency in German and English and the willingness to travel nationally and internationally
