Your tasks

  • Evaluation of customer requirements and preparation of specification sheets; collaboration in creation of functional specifications
  • Technical and scientific consulting including trainings for (industrial) customers
  • Support sales staff and sales offices regarding technical, scientific and regulatory requests
  • Support product managers in analyzing defect samples
  • Coordination and monitoring of all trainings and problem solving processes
  • Market analysis, benchmark of competitors
  • Management and coordination of improvement and innovation projects (project management)
  • Taking care of customer contacts

Description of Ideal Candidate:

  • University degree in natural sciences (bachelor or master) or related technical studies (e.g. material sciences)
  • Internships in the area of product management
  • Knowledge of glass production and glass analytic
  • Experience in project management
  • International experience
  • Very good German and good English skills – both spoken and written
  • Internationally  mobile and focused on global connectivity in order to achieve top results
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
  • Global thinking and ability to work effectively across cultures
  • Structured working method
