The EWOR programmes are a blend of a master’s degree and acceleration programme helping you to meet world-class peers, unicorn founders, startup investors, and learn to build a successful company.
Details
EWOR is pre-idea and has a great focus on educating you to become a serial entrepreneur. While we invest more money than Techstars and as much money as Y-Combinator into our fellows, we start earlier, help them ideate, and prioritise education, network and coaching.
The EWOR Fellowship is a 10-month programme designed to help you conceptualise and launch an impactful venture.

- Work as a founders associate at a venture-backed startup
- Full-time commitment
- Challenge co-designed by yourself and EWOR

- Discover your own idea and build your own startup with the support of a corporate partner

- 20+ courses developed by successful startup founders and investors guide you through topics ranging from customer discovery to NoCode development.

- Sign up for a 1:1 mentoring call with successful entrepreneurs or investors, and download free legal templates, pitch deck templates, and more.

- Outsource tasks such as financial accounting, app development, or website design to our network of carefully vetted partners.

Requirements
- Building a venture is a strong commitment: we expect you to invest 50% of your time into the program
- You need to be able to demonstrate that you have taken initiative or acted entrepreneurially in the past
- You need a growth mindset
- You do NOT need an idea to apply
- You do NOT need a team to apply
- It’s not necessary to have a degree to join EWOR. Our community members come from diverse backgrounds.

Cost/funding for participants
The fellowship is free for accepted applicants. Fellows are expected to provide their own accommodation, food, and travel expenses for the duration of the program.
