Choose how you make a difference
There are lots of different aspects of running Web Summit that we need help with, and you can choose exactly how you’d like to volunteer at Web Summit based on your skills and interests.
Enjoy talking to people? Well, join our operations team at the information points. Keen on learning about the media world? Our media village, where interviews and press conferences take place, needs volunteers to make sure everything runs smoothly. Got great time keeping skills? We’d love to have you involved in getting our high profile speakers to the stage on time.
We can accommodate your interests so that we all benefit from your involvement in volunteering at Web Summit.
- Gain valuable experience: Volunteering at Web Summit is an opportunity to dip your toes into roles that you might not normally get to experience. We can help you find a volunteering role that interests you - whether it's gathering quotes, meeting and greeting our attendees at Night Summit, or helping our stage managers run the show.
- Meet new people: Our volunteers always say that one of the things that keeps them coming back to volunteer with us year after year is the people they meet. Join our global community of volunteers and make connections you'll keep with you long after Web Summit ends.
- Experience Web Summit during your time off: As a volunteer, you'll get access to the event during your time off. Check out talks from our top speakers, wander the conference floor or let off some steam at Night Summit.
