Internships are available for all locations and can even be done remotely at home. We would be asking you to please research peace heroes, and contribute to a book about Peace Heroes in Vienna, Crested Butte Colorado, New York, Paris, and Romania.

PEACE MUSEUMS

Peace Museum Vienna 

Peace Museum Vienna (PMV) is a very ambitious and meaningful project located in Vienna, Austria’s capital city. The museum strives to contribute to world peace by educating the public about peace heroes.  The museum provides a physical space, which serves as a meeting point for discussions on peace, an exhibition hall, a center for the presentation of movies and documentaries as well as its wonderful peace kitchen events. It is also an educational meeting point and offers information sources for students, teachers, professors, and general visitors. Peace education is the central to both the current and long-term vision of Peace Museum Vienna. 

Peace Museum Colorado 

As an educational organization, Colorado Peace Museum's volunteer contributors research individuals, collectives, organizations and institutions in Colorado and around the world that have taken courageous actions to create a Culture of Peace. Such individuals are identified, researched and awarded the designation of "Peace Hero" by Colorado Peace Museum. Collectives of individuals who have, combined, worked to create a culture of peace or resist violence and injustice are likewise recognized with a "Peacemaker Award." Organizations leading their field in taking progressive actions to promote a Culture of Peace are recognized by Colorado Peace Museum with a "Peace Ally Award." 

Peace Museum Nepal 

Peace Museum Nepal is a social organizaiton that works to promote peace, social justice, equality, and respect fort he environment. We appreciate to people to learn peace education. We exhibit the information and biography of world’s famous peace activists. We choose social singularity and recognize them as a PEACE HEROE internationally. Also we organize many peace creative activities to spread the message of peace and harmony to the world.

PMN is dedicated to promoting peace and social justice through creativity, arts, innovation, cross-cultural dialogue and envoronmentalism. This is achieved by means of workshops, publications, projects, conferences, exhibitions and virtual activities by which we carry the message of peace into daily life. 

Peace Museum Romania 

The main purpose of setting up the Peace Museum of Vâlcea Romania - the widest possible dissemination of information on the concept of peace and peace education. Peace education is the study of peace and conflicts. To international level, peace is a very complex process involving the application of certain diplomatic levers in order to avoid organized armed conflicts.

Objectives:  

• Explaining the terms specific to peace education;
• Understanding the notion of peace and the opposite;
• Identification and study of peace strategies;
• Developing the pacification project as a civilization project;
• Practicing the capacity to act in a pacifist spirit;
• Constructive conflict resolution.
