Latitude59 is small by design. We like the cosy festival vibe. But there’s more to it. Entrepreneurship and digital technology aren’t limited to startups. They matter in society and governance.

Latitude59 2023 takes place on Thursday and Friday, 22 – 24 May 2024 in Tallinn, Estonia at the Kultuurikatel – a century-old power plant transformed into a one-of-the-kind creative hub. In the true spirit of being the flagship event of e-Estonia, it will also be available online, all around the world.

For startups

Latitude59 is THE place to be for various networking opportunities, in-depth discussions with top international players, several pitching rounds for both startups as well as investors, and an overall chance to get together and reflect on the crazy year behind us and forge new plans for the future.

Expect showcases that reach way beyond the venue, pitching competitions attracting interest both on- and offline, and plenty of founder stories for inspiration and guidance on how to remain resilient during those challenging times.

As an added bonus, startup ticket holders can apply to a dedicated mentor programme, designed to help overcome the most critical roadblocks and find answers to all the burning questions that have accumulated during the crisis and beyond. Stay tuned for the details.

For investors

Investors will have access to the most promising and fastest-growing startups from the region with a special spotlight also on those startups that were born out of the crisis. 

Together with our partners from Invest Estonia, we will once again provide all attending investors with a chance to get together, talk shop and share tips and stories, this time in the format of an Investor Day.

Giant conferences are cool until they’re not. Latitude59 is an intimate event with quality at its core. With almost as many investors as startups, so you’re in fundraising heaven. 

• Pitches: Latitude59 pitching competition is open for all promising startups. Best teams will get an access to inspiring mentors and investors, top 10 to the EstBAN investor syndicate and top 5 will get a chance to pitch on the main stage of Latitude59. This year’s competition will be the Baltic’s pre-finals for the Startup World Cup – the biggest pitching competition in the world.    
• Demo: The L59 demo area presented by Tehnopol is your opportunity to put yourself on the centre stage at L59 – we can only accommodate 50 startups! Showcase your product in front of potential investors and customers, gain immediate customer feedback and conduct first-hand market research, receive media coverage and more.
• Mentoring: After the hugely successful mentor programme in 2020, we’re hosting mentoring sessions with experts worldwide to help startups in their challenges this year and beyond. 
• Matchmaking: Get access to quality investor and capital contacts. We will soon be announcing the first confirmed VCs. You will join our online matchmaking system, for an easy and efficient way to find your perfect match and agree to meet either online or offline.
