About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
About the Team
The CEO Office in Luxembourg is the centerpiece of the Management Company. It coordinates all local and overreaching projects, collects and processes diverse information and presents them to the management of the Management Company. During your internship, you are going to be introduced to the diverse aspects of asset management and you will be supporting the team in many diverse tasks. Your focus will be on administrative and coordinative tasks focusing on projects, regulatory changes, audits and meetings.
As our DWS Intern, you will:

Support the CEO Office in their daily business for the top management

Actively assist the coordination of external and internal audits as well as the follow-up findings

Be responsible for the presentation and the post processing of project meetings

Create Senior Management presentations

Support process of responding to requests from the Regulatory Authority (CSSF)

Assist the Corporate Secretariat in the preparation of Board of Directors meetings of the investment funds

Support process of responding to investors’ complaints
-
Coordinate the execution of internal and external documents as well as maintenance of the internal Authorized Signatories list
