Overview
49th EBES Conference – Athens will take place on October 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2024 in Athens, Greece. The conference will be hosted by Department of Economics at the University of Piraeus with the support of the Istanbul Economic Research Association.
Details
The conference will be held in a hybrid mode. Thus, participants can either attend the sessions and present their papers face-to-face at the conference venue or choose to do the same through online platforms. For now, only the first two days of the conference (October 16th and 17th) will be open to in-person participation and the third day will be entirely online.
After the conference, we will dispatch the conference materials, including the presentation certificate and invoice, in PDF format. Additionally, for online presenters who prefer printed, signed, or stamped copies, we will send them via express postal service. Also, conference program/abstract book with ISBN and conference proceedings will be available on a cloud server for participants to download as well.
Abstract submission for the 49th EBES Conference will open on June 1, 2024. We would also like to remind you that the deadline for the abstract submission is September 8, 2024. Also, the decision regarding the acceptance/rejection of each abstract/paper will be communicated with the corresponding author within a week of submission.
