You’ll be in charge of:
- Assist in managing HR digital transformation projects, including data analysis and end user training.
- Collaborate on the definition and implementation of new processes, from gathering requirements to testing and feedback.
- Support the management of data quality and the integration of new technologies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
- Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and digital knowledge across the organization, acting as a change agent to foster HR’s digital transformation.

Description of Ideal Candidate
You are the right person if you:
- Degree in human resources, economics, management engineering, or similar (or near completion).
- Strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes, with a focus on data analysis.
- Basic skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English.
