What we are looking for
To help us on our mission, we are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with strong writing skills. As a Technical Writer Intern/Working Student, you will play a crucial role in creating and updating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products and services. This role is ideal for a student with strong writing skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to gain hands-on experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Review and update existing documentation regularly to maintain accuracy and relevance
- Assist in creating and maintaining a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, guides, help center, and FAQs
- Conduct research on industry standards, competitor products, and new technologies to enhance documentation quality
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all documentation adheres to the company’s style guide and quality standards, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with the localization of documentation for different languages and regions

Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, exercise can-do attitude, and illustrate exceptional communication skills both, written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory; any other languages like German is a plus
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- Basic experience with HubSpot
- Interest in technology and familiarity with technical terminology
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team environment
