Details
This online course introduces youth project managers, youth workers, trainers, and students to the communication, tools, and techniques of leadership in digital project management.
This course equips learners with essential leadership and teamwork skills needed to manage and collaborate effectively in digital project environments. Participants will explore modern leadership models, team dynamics, motivation, communication, conflict resolution, and digital collaboration tools. Emphasis is placed on leading virtual and cross-functional teams within Agile and fast-paced digital projects.
Every Thursday, for 5 weeks and 2-hour sessions, the facilitator will explore:
- Introduction to Leadership in Digital Projects
- Building and Leading Digital Teams
- Communication and Motivation in Digital Environments
- Conflict Resolution and Performance Management
- Leading in Agile and Dynamic Digital Projects
This online course is part of the Digiskill virtual exchange with partners from Sweden, Portugal, Chequia, Uganda, Nigeria, and Ghana. Co-funded by the European Commission.
