Job description
Barilla G.& R. Fratelli is looking for a motivated student / newly graduate for a 6 months internship opportunity within the Digital Marketing based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).

Key accountabilities
Besides being exposed to the day-to-day real business experience, you will:
- manage content localization and quality review, ensuring accurate adaptation of digital assets and alignment with brand guidelines.
- contribute to performance assessment, reviewing agency reports and identifying key KPI and insights.
- support the development of institutional materials, preparing decks and internal documents.
- coordinate internal digital processes, collaborating with Category and Brand Activation teams.
- support influencer campaign workflows, working with agencies and managing deliverables.
- oversee community management operations, guiding the agency and escalating sensitive cases when needed.
- act as an orchestrator among stakeholders, ensuring smooth alignment and effective coordination across digital projects.

Who we are looking for?
To apply for this position, check that you meet the following criteria:
- Have recently graduated (or are about to) in the fields of Economics, Marketing, Business Management.
- Have an outstanding university career with excellent results and study/work experience abroad.
- Be able to write and speak fluent English.
- Strong coordination skills, with experience managing workflows with external agencies.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and curious about 360° digital marketing.
- Ability to understand key KPI and insights needed to evaluate digital activities.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross‑functionally.
- Solution‑oriented approach, able to anticipate needs and address issues promptly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of paid media principles is a plus
- Knowledge of Influencer marketing is a plus
