At Baxter, the training and development of our employees are critical steps in helping them realize their full potential. Our development programs allow participating employees to develop their skills and enhance their overall knowledge of Baxter through a variety of roles. As associates enter the program, each is assigned a mentor to help introduce them to Baxter’s corporate culture and the values and goals of each program. The cross-functional knowledge and breadth of experience associates gain enable them to pursue numerous career opportunities within Baxter. Join us in delivering products and services that are essential to healthcare globally.

The knowledge and experience associates gain through each rotation oftentimes results in numerous career opportunities within Baxter. As the associate progresses through each rotation, they continue to build and develop their skills, and enhance their overall knowledge of Baxter. Prior to completing the program, associates typically begin planning their transition to a regular, full-time position within the company, if available and assuming acceptable performance. As they do so, they have access to a variety of resources to help with the transition, including their mentor, the program manager, and past supervisors and alumni.
