BeChangeMaker provides access to high quality learning content on HP LIFE, tools and technology for startup acceleration, dedicated coaching, mentoring and customized support, as well as the opportunity to tap into a diverse global network of potential supporters and investors.

HP LIFE, a programme of the HP Foundation, provides 32 free online learning courses for entrepreneurs, innovators, and small business owners worldwide.

Prepare your application and participate from anywhere

• Step 1 - Form a team: Form a team of 2 to 5 people who share the same vision, are between 18 and 35 years old and choose a team leader.
• Step 2 - Share your challenge: Introduce your team and share your social challenge in a 1-minute video. Upload the video to YouTube as unlisted and include the link in your online application.
• Step 3 - Submit your application: The team leader needs to submit the application on behalf of the team by 3 June. Please make sure that each of the team member has read and agreed to the Official Rules and created an account on HP LIFE to access the free courses before submitting the application.
• Step 4 - Team will be selected: Thirty teams will be selected to officially join the programme – announcement to be made on 31 May. BeChangeMaker 2024 will kick off with an orientation on 3 June.

The teams selected for BeChangeMaker 2023 have projects tackling a range of economic and societal challenges reflected by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Between June and September, they will have access to high-quality learning content on HP LIFE, tools and technology for startup acceleration, dedicated coaching, mentoring and customized support, as well as the opportunity to tap into a diverse global network of potential supporters and investors.

Begin your journey as a social entrepreneur by taking HP LIFE online courses: Starting a Small Business, Design Thinking, Basics of Finance, Social Media Marketing, and Finding Funding. HP LIFE is a programme of the HP Foundation, and it offers free, skills-training programme for entrepreneurs, business owners, and lifelong learners all over the world.

Connection to a diverse global network

Network with teams from around the world who strive for a cause. Tap into and get connected with WorldSkills and HP’s global network of experts, mentors, potential supporters, and investors.

Dedicated coaching and customized support

Receive virtual coaching and support to accelerate your training progress, as well as regular feedback and mentoring from more than 60 mentors from HP global network, who are experts in various business fields, to ensure that you are on the right track.
