The team you will be a part of
The Intern team supports department on a short term basis with undergraduate or graduate student status, typically based on the field of study. Gains exposure to projects and work in the organization.
Your responsibilities will include
- Support design, planning and implementation of HR integration plans across all HR functions, collaborating with other HR teams to support the integration of two companies
- Support organization design projects to ensure an effective and efficient organization structure is in place
- Facilitate the harmonization of HR processes, policies and systems across the organization, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle space
- Run HR Analytics by collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to help drive strategic decisions, creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports
- Work on Change Management projects to identify Change and Communication plans in the transformation space and contribute to implement the appropriate measurement and governance systems
- Contribute to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the HR processes

If you are…
- a Master’s Degree student or a fresh graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
- a proficient English speaker, Italian is a plus
- a strong team player with good analytical and communication skills
- a good user of Microsoft Suite (in particular Excel & PowerPoint)
- a problem solver, able to identify out of the box solutions
