Overview
Bionest, a fast-growing strategy consulting firm specialized in life sciences, is looking to hire Associate Consultants located either in our Paris or New York Office. Bionest provides a dynamic and challenging environment for consultants to progress rapidly as the company grows. The breadth of our healthcare clientele and the projects that we offer ensure exposure to both interesting projects and extensive contact with international clients. Assignments are conducted in the major European markets as well as in North America and Asia.

Your role
Associate Consultants are involved in the execution of strategic and operational consultancy assignments. Fully integrated into the project teams, they perform secondary research, synthesize and clearly organize information gathered, conduct ad-hoc analyses and contribute to the elaboration of final recommendations. Project environment typically requires candidates to be proactive and effective team players, with strong logical/critical/analytical thinking, robust problem solving and presentation skills (oral and written).

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Mandatory Life Sciences background AND Business academic knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Rigor, ability to summarize and remain focused
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
- A positive attitude and the drive and desire to progress in the organization
- Ability to work in the US (for NY-based applications) or the EU (for Paris-based applications)
