Build your next startup with Antler
We help you get from 0 to 1 in two phases. The first phase is about team and idea. We will help you find your co-founder, develop, and validate your business idea. Depending on the location, the first phase will be run in person or online (refer to regional pages for clarification). It's an intense, but rewarding time (refer to regional pages for the duration of this period). At the end of this phase, we can invest in the companies. These teams continue onto phase two. The next three months are about building your MVP, getting traction, and getting ready for your next investment round. In that phase, you can and should be located where it makes the most sense for building your company. As part of your time with Antler is Demo Day, in which you will pitch to local and international investors to raise your next round of funding.

We strive to select and bring together a diverse group of exceptional people from technologists to experienced business operators and serial entrepreneurs. This allows you to find the right co-founder with a complementary skill set and experiences from your own to build your next company together.
Grow your network
An intro from the right person can make all the difference. We connect you with door-openers, industry experts, and successful entrepreneurs from all over the world, who will help you on this journey.
Get funding
All participants get an individual grant during the first phase of the program to enable them to focus full-time on building their company and products. We then invest in some of the companies who will get continued support to accelerate their growth.

We bring together exceptional people to build their next companies. From experienced business operators to technologists and entrepreneurs, we work with exceptional founders regardless of background or geography. On average, our founders have worked for 9 years before building their next company with Antler. Along with that, more than 38% of Antler portfolio companies have at least one female co-founder and the founders of our portfolio companies represent more than 50 nations In the selection process, we look for an inner drive, a clear spike, and grit.
- Inner drive: You're a self-starter and can motivate yourself and others to join your mission. You set high goals and have proven an ability to achieve them.
- Spike: That strong attribute which enables your skills and experiences to stand out from the crowd. You have deep knowledge in an area where you can form a foundation of your company's competitive advantage.
- Grit: Your source of energy never runs low. You always find a window when the door closes. You have the willingness and ability to keep going when you're faced with obstacles.

What you get
- Selected founders get a grant of £4,000 paid in two instalments during the first phase. We invest £120,000 for a 10% equity stake in each company selected by our investment committee.
- For all companies we invest in, £40,000 is used to cover the program fees so you get £80,000 in the bank to start building the foundations of a great business.
