Antler is a global early-stage VC enabling and investing in exceptional entrepreneurs. In Copenhagen, a leading hub for sustainability, we bring together entrepreneurs to build the sustainable tech companies of tomorrow. The cohort is divided into two phases. First, we help you form your co-founding team and validate your business idea. After ten weeks, our Investment Committee invests in the most promising businesses. These continue onto Phase 2 to build their MVP, get traction, and prepare to raise further capital, together with their dedicated coach.

After the first ten weeks of ideation, validation and development, Antler invests in the most promising teams that move on to establish, build and launch new startups. Who is the ideal Antler founder?
At Antler, we bring together exceptional people to build successful companies. From experienced business operators to technologists and entrepreneurs, we work with skilled founders regardless of background or geography. On average, our founders have worked for 9 years before joining Antler. Furthermore, the founders of our portfolio companies represent more than 50 nations and more than 38% of them have at least one female co-founder. In the selection process to find the ideal founder, we look for an inner drive, a clear spike, and grit.
- Inner drive: You're a self-starter and can motivate yourself and others to join your mission. You set high goals and have proven an ability to achieve them.
- Spike: That strong attribute which enables your skills and experiences to stand out from the crowd. You have deep knowledge in an area where you can form a foundation of your company's competitive advantage.

Cost/funding for participants:
What you get
Selected founders get a stipend of a total of US$2,000 pre-tax during the first phase. Antler invests US$110,000 for a 10% equity stake in each company selected by our investment committee.
To cover the cost of the program, all companies invested in are required to pay a program fee of US$45,000.
