Job Purpose Summary

Role Responsibilities
Our Graduate Programme will give you the tools and knowledge to succeed within the Finance team, through the completion of inductions within key areas of our business.
You will be employed as a Finance Graduate in our Kiltimagh offices, and will be responsible for assisting in the day to day management of the finance function of a business unit, gaining experience with the following:
- Data entry for multiple entities
- Preparation of Monthly/Bi-Monthly/Quarterly VAT returns for multiple entities
- Preparation of VIES & Intrastat returns for multiple entities
- Preparation of CSO returns for multiple entities
- Assist in preparation for Bank Audits and Bank Month End Reporting
- Assist in preparation of cashflow forecasting Weekly / Midmonth / Month End
- Journal entries for management accounts prep
- Journal entries for year-end financial accounts
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts

Skills & Personal Attributes
- Relevant Bachelors Degree at level 2:2 or higher.
- An interest in becoming qualified in: ACA, ACCA, AICPA, CPA, CIMA.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
- Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities.
- Ambition, curiosity, and drive will be key attributes for success.
- Valuing personal growth through continuous learning and development.
- BA/BSc level 2:2 or higher.
- Degree in Finance or similar is desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and able to liase and collaborate with other departments.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities & the ability to work well under pressure.
- A keen interest in technology and its application in a business environment.
- Good problem-solving skills, with experience in proposing different options and solutions.
