WHAT DO WE OFFER?

In order to ensure a steep learning curve and exposure to new challenges, you will be part of a two-year programme consisting of rotations in different positions across functions and business units. For us it is important, that you get an insight into the entire value chain and understand what makes Carlsberg a commercial winner.

Besides the rotations you will also attend four Graduate Workshops, where you will fx gain knowledge within negotiation, project management – and how to perform when it really matters! At the workshops you will meet some of your fellow graduates within Carlsberg Group and give you a great possibility to network and get to know people, who you can use for sparring, knowledge sharing and meet for social events.

ROTATION LIFECYCLE

As a graduate in Supply Chain, you will primarily work in Supply Chain in Fredericia in rotations that will include focus on leadership role and specialist role. There will also be a rotation into our commercial business, for as graduate to understand the full value chain of our business.

HOW IS IT TO BE A SUPPLY CHAIN GRADUATE?

At Carlsberg every graduate programme include several rotations. Giving you the opportunity to experience different areas and disciplines within the departments. You will meet a lot of brilliant colleagues who will take part in your personal and professional development.

You will be assigned a 2nd year graduate buddy to support your onboarding and a senior mentor will inspire and coach you during the entire programme. You are responsible for your own learning, however your mentor will challenge your thinking and provide you with feedback on how you perform in different situations.

What we’re looking for with our future International Graduate Programme

As a person one of your most remarkable characteristics is your passion and continuous strive for results. You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, and with the ability to influence and excite others.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are culturally adept, interested in working abroad and have ‘a global citizen’ mindset
  • Enjoy working in a high pace, and have a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Have great analytical skills
  • Can work independently
  • Have a strong interest in business and a pragmatic approach to resolving issues
  • Are team players by heart and prefers winning together

It’s a requirement for all our global programmes that you:

  • Have a relevant master’s degree (or will obtain it this coming summer)
  • Speak and write English at a high level
  • Have relevant working experience from e.g. student jobs

International experience from either working or studying abroad, and speaking additional languages (such as French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic) are considered an advantage when applying for the International Graduate Programme.
