We’re looking for a Project Coordination Intern based in Brussels to support procurement, project coordination, and interior design for our Cohabs houses.

What you’ll be doing
- Procurement Mastermind: Lead the sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and décor for Cohabs houses, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Supplier Whisperer: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders and invoice reconciliations.
- Project Sidekick: Support Project Managers through site visits, installation follow-ups, and project coordination.
- Design Enthusiast: Contribute to the interior design of Cohabs homes by selecting furniture, fixtures, and décor aligned with the Cohabs brand.
- Creative Visionary: Bring an artistic and functional touch to design choices while balancing style, practicality, and budget.
- Operations Optimizer: Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
- Detail Champion: Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with architects, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle procurement and design challenges with creativity, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What we’re looking for
- You are currently completing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- You know how to build strong supplier relationships and secure the best deals.
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You have a passion for interior design and creating inspiring spaces.
- You are fluent in English & French with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable using Google Suite and procurement tools.
- You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You take initiative and proactively look for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
