Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Daily Operations: Assist the Category Management team with day-to-day activities and strategic projects.
  • Product Portfolio Development: Contribute to gap analyses of product kits and support the introduction of new products, including subcontractor coordination.
  • Catalog Optimization: Analyze and adjust packaging units for valve steam seals and enhance catalog data quality through improved visuals and competitor cross-referencing (IAM & OE).
  • Sample Management: Handle samples from OE dealers and third-party suppliers, including quotation requests, purchase orders, logistics, and documentation (e.g., pro-forma invoices, export certificates).
  • Homologation Archive: Maintain organized records of homologated samples.
  • Intercompany Coordination: Manage orders to collect components no longer available from Freudenberg’s Lead Centers.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Technical degree or similar background.
  • Skills: Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, confidentiality, and strong teamwork.
  • Tools: Basic SAP knowledge and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Languages: Good knowledge of English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive technology; experience in product development is preferred.
