At Cushion, we're building a new kind of FinTech company that leverages data and technology to manage people's finances for them - instead of just giving them advice. We're growing quickly and looking to hire a smart proactive problem-solver to be on the front lines of Cushion interacting with our customers and external bank representatives.


The environment is fast-paced and requires that you can think quickly on your feet. You are a natural problem solver and can maintain a friendly and professional tone in any situation. You have a strong attention to detail and can juggle many tasks at once. You work well on a team.

This is not a remote position.

You will:

  • Support the customer support and operation
  • Handle emails from Cushion customers
  • Identify and escalate issues reported by customers
  • Assist in executing operational and strategic initiatives by gathering relevant data, analyses, and developing product recommendations
  • File and report bugs 
  • Identify gaps in the current data capture strategy and collaboratively recommend enhancements
  • Work closely with the operations, product, growth, customer support departments
  • Help customers get the most value out of the Cushion services
