Job Purpose:
The Graduate Supply Planning Capability Analyst will report within the SNP/PP Process and Systems team, Capabilities organization, which is responsible to develop, implement and mature best in class Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Production Planning (PP) capabilities across the J&J MedTech Plan Systems landscape.
The Graduate Graduate Supply Planning Capability Analyst will provide support to specific workstreams within the assigned project(s) for key deliverables within the Plan Systems portfolio, supporting improvement projects and enhancements to the existing platform, while ensuring integration of plan processes to the E2E supply chain. Also, the role supports the business to simplify, standardize & sustain the value realization processes within planning functions, post-project to reduce complexity and to improve the focus on business process excellence.
This role has a global scope, with exposure across all franchises and planning business processes within MedTech E2E Supply Chain.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent Graduate (2024 or due to graduate in 2025)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required with preference in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or equivalent.
- Exposure or understanding of Project Management Methodology e.g. PMP, FPX, etc would be desirable.
- Experience or knowledge of Planning Systems (e.g. SAP APO, OMP+, Demantra/ PDP, JDA/Manugistics/BlueYonder) and/or ERP (JDE, SAP) will be beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:
- Grasp of planning processes and functions combined with understanding of end-to-end planning processes will be beneficial.
- Good communication skills with the ability to adjust to the audience (business vs. technical, professionals vs senior leadership) is required.
- Ability to develop, master and maintain complex technology skills.
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple, workable solutions required.
- Strategic thinking – perspective on how organizational and process changes will impact business models.
- Pro-active, can-do attitude. High level of personal initiative, ability to function autonomously and self-confidence.
