Overview

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we're searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our Finance department – Group Managerial Reporting team for a 6-month internship starting in March.

Details

As part of your role, you'll assist in the overall Planning Process, including Budget and Forecast, as well as the Actual monthly closing. You'll be responsible for preparing monthly standard presentations of the Group P&L.

Additionally, you'll provide reports and support your manager in analyzing the P&L both overall and by Area/Region/Country. You'll also support the team to ensure data accuracy reported in the systems (HFM and Oracle Cloud), working closely with internal and external IT consultants.

Description of Ideal Candidate

You will bring your Degree in Finance, Business or Economics, demonstrating a strong educational background in relevant fields.

You have strong interpersonal, team-working, and leadership skills. You demonstrate the ability to deliver while respecting deadlines. With proactive communication abilities, you will effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and across departments.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary for handling data and generating reports. You have a problem-solving approach and able to work with numbers confidently. 

You possess a high level of financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge, as well as a solid understanding of commercial economics. 

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of September 2026.
