Details

About your team

You’ll join a small, hands-on team at FIL Fondsbank (FFB), part of the Fidelity group. We work closely with business partners and global risk colleagues, and our senior management. We support each other across topics and functions, especially when unexpected challenges come up. While your role has a clear focus, you’ll also gain insight into the broader risk landscape of the bank.

About your role

You’ll help us manage risk by supporting our day-to-day tasks like analysing data, reviewing incidents, and tracking external developments. You’ll get exposure to European and German banking regulation and see how it’s applied in practice at FIL Fondsbank.

How you’ll be supported

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. You’ll start with a short induction to get familiar with risk management and our business. From there, you’ll learn on the job, work with experienced colleagues, and get regular feedback. You’ll also have chances to connect with others through networking and learning events.

The difference you’ll make:

Your work will help us spot and manage risks, support decision-making, and protect our clients. Whether you’re analysing data or helping with incident reviews, your input will matter. We value fresh ideas and practical thinking—your initiative will help us stay ahead. One of our current team members actually started in this exact role as a working student—so we know how valuable and impactful this experience can be.
