The world’s coolest startup competition is back. Apply for the Get in the Ring Global Startup Competition to gain global exposure and secure deals for your startup. The most promising innovators around the globe will battle in the ring, pitch for glory and become the next startup hero.
Details
In all corners of the world, we are faced with global challenges. We travel the globe discovering unconventional solutions that have the ability to solve these global challenges. The problem is, they are often overlooked and don’t come to fruition. We want to give these solutions the opportunity to prove themselves to the world.
Application process
Applications are already open for startups who want to join the 7th edition of our Global Startup Pitching competition.
Out of all the applications for the Global Startup Competition, the top 250 most promising startups will be announced to the public. Through public votes, startups can battle their way into the Global Meetup.
Throughout the year, selection rounds will be organized in cities around the world. Out of all startups in the city, the 6 most promising startups will be nominated. the winner(s) will be selected.
Winners will be invited to attend a 3-day meetup with the most promising startups from around the world where we will introduce them to our global network of investors and partners.

- Challenges: We work with corporate partners who want to partner with the world’s most promising startups. Join one of our challenges and fasttrack your access to market, expertise and investment.
- Open application: Think you have what it takes to join the finals at our Global Meetup? Then convince us. Create your own fan base and encourage votes using our open application system.
Global Meetup Montréal 2021
Every year, we bring together our global community of innovators for 3 days of deal making, collaborating and making memories. All winners of the competition are invited. This isn’t your average networking event. This is an entrepreneurial retreat specifically curated to make business happen. The most promising startups from over 150 countries will join an invite-only guestlist of corporate and industry partners. We bring all these solutions together in one place to leverage the power of our global network. The Global Meetup travels to a new city every year. Our host of 2021 is Montréal.
