Overview

Over three years in our Future Leaders graduate programme you’ll gain broad-ranging experience of consumer healthcare marketing and sales within OTC and mass market by working across a variety of business functions. You’ll spend a few months on rotation in different roles, such as marketing, sales / sales force and e.g. supply chain, and will work on live projects. This will give you a good understanding of the opportunities and challenges across the commercial organization. Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to senior GSK managers and mentors, who will help you accelerate your learning. You will also share the experience with other recent graduates from all over the world with diverse backgrounds – an aspect of the programme that Future Leaders find both stimulating and inspiring.

You'll need:

  • Master degree in Business Administration or related area with above-average grades
  • Finished internships related to Marketing and Sales with first-class references 
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Flexibility in terms of location within and abroad Germany

  • to be a proactive and enthusiastic graduate with a talent for multi-tasking
  • the ability to adapt to change and stay focused under pressure
