Global Voices offers practical experience for young Australians interested in international policy and diplomacy.
We partner with Australia's leading universities to provide fully funded delegations for young people to participate in the world's most prestigious summits. Our delegations have traveled to forums including the World Bank & IMF, the OECD and the United Nations.
Global Voices delegates receive exclusive access and exposure to high level foreign policy negotiations as well as the opportunity to meet and network with business leaders, Australia government representatives and international decision makers.
Global Voices is supported in its mission by our Patron, the Governor-General of the Commonwealth Australia, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd).

What are the benefits of attending a Global Voices delegation?
The expertise of our Board and our organisation’s reputation gives us access to some of the world's most important international summits and diplomatic events. Our delegates have exclusive, 'sit down' meetings to discuss global issues and their individual research topics with key decision makers and world leaders.
Additionally, delegates undertake a Research Fellowship supervised by an Academic Adviser, and have the opportunity to have their research published and present it on the world stage.
Will I have any out-of-pocket expenses?
Global Voices scholarships are fully-funded and designed to cover most expenses associated with Canberra Pre-Departure Briefings and International Delegations. This includes all flights, accommodation, travel insurance, visas, immunisations, ground transportation costs, and breakfast daily.
