The 8-day training course brings together youth workers from 6 countries to raise awareness about the impact of digital waste on the climate crisis and encourage participants to receive training against climate change through informal learning methods.

About the Project

Our project aims to raise awareness about how digital waste affects the climate crisis and to promote healthier digital habits among young people and youth workers.

Main Objectives:

  • Raise awareness about the climate crisis.
  • Empower youth workers with EU strategies
  • Promote rational management of digital waste
  • Strengthen communication skills (both face-to-face and digital)
  • Support personal and professional development of youth workers
  • Promote intercultural dialogue and cooperation

What Will We Do?

During this 8-day mobility in Ankara, we will participate in:

  • Interactive workshops on climate crisis and digital waste management. • Informal educational activities focused on personal development
  • Group discussions, role-plays and simulations
  • Cultural exchange sessions to strengthen intercultural learning
  • Develop practical tools and methods for youth workers to use in their communities

Participation fee

No Participation Fee

Accommodation and food

Accommodation and food will be fully covered by the project budget. There will be no additional cost for participants regarding these expenses.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the distance bands set by Erasmus+ guidelines. Each participant will receive a reimbursement up to the maximum amounts listed below:

  • Germany: up to€360 per participant
  • Latvia: up to €275 per participant
  • Romania: up to €275 per participant
  • Slovakia: up to €275 per participant
  • Hungary: up to €275 per participant
  • Türkiye: €23 per participant (local participants)
