Details
As part of the expansion of our Corporate Strategy team, we are looking for an intern to support the Project Coordinator in managing a team of around twenty consultants. This internship offers the opportunity to discover the world of consulting and work in an international environment, closely collaborating with consultants and partners.
Missions
- Support the organization of events such as conferences, seminars, and team lunches
- Handle administrative and commercial follow-up, tracking actions and performance, and updating activity dashboards
- Manage the CRM and ensure regular data entry
- Monitor the consulting project lifecycle in collaboration with consultants, including preparing quotes, acting as a client contact point, closing projects, and invoicing
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements, including transport and hotel bookings, and help animate office life
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to business development, such as opening new offices abroad or supporting recruitment

Profile
- Minimum Bac+2 in business school or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and French
