Internship Regional Business Controlling Europe NIVEA at Beiersdorf

Location (s):

  • Germany

Recruitment is as much about what we can offer you as what you can offer us. We work hard to recruit people who will suit our culture; those with a can-do attitude, a collaborative approach to work, an emotional attachment to our brands and a true desire to learn and grow. Are you someone that can demonstrate ambition, embrace change and happily take on responsibility? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

At Beiersdorf we’re committed to the long-term growth of our employees, developing the majority of our top executives and senior managers from within. Because we hire people who enjoy being challenged, we set ambitious functional and behavioural targets and give individuals a broad scope of responsibility early on. Importantly, to bring them up to speed in their jobs, this is underpinned with functional and cultural onboarding plans, buddy schemes and mentors, constructive feedback and on-going training programmes so people can expand their capabilities and grow in confidence over time. We’re great believers in rewarding achievement and offer on-the-job development and individual career plans to those that deliver. If relevant, we help address skills gaps or individual development areas through formal and informal training and provide mentors and coaches if needed. Our culture is collaborative, and we work as a team to deliver our goals, but we offer plenty of opportunities for individuals to make their mark and grow their careers both nationally and internationally.
