Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to support our Ground Operations activities. As part of the team, you will assist in daily tasks related to the coordination of ground services across Jetfly’s and  this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of the aviation industry.

Responsabilities

  • Assist in monitoring ground handling performance and collecting operational data from stations/airports.
  • Support the selection, contracting, and performance tracking of Ground Service Providers.
  • Help prepare internal reports, update databases, and create presentations.
  • Participate in research and benchmarking projects related to airport services and partner performance.
  • Contribute to the analysis and negotiation of contracts for services such as fueling, ground handling, towing, and storage.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on all ground handling and operational matters.
  • Assist with the analysis of cost control data for ground handling and airport charges.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and optimizing the financial structure of ground operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks within the Ground Operations  department.

Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aviation, Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in aviation operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Excel, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and a team player.
  • Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
