Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. Also, a brand-new aircraft has recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet. Our company is a leader in its business and provides a high quality of service which has earned it a reputation in Europe. The headquarters is in Luxembourg at the Airport, and we employ more than 450 people.
Responsibilities
- Internal Yearbook – Information Collection: Gather and organize relevant content and information from different departments to contribute to the creation of the company’s internal yearbook.
- Photo & Video Requests – Management & Delivery: Respond to internal requests for photos and videos, ensuring timely delivery and proper file handling.
- Welcome Pack – Management & Shipping: Prepare, send and keep track of welcome packs for new clients.
- Workplace Platform Management: Assist in updating and maintaining content on the internal Workplace platform to ensure relevant and engaging communication.
- Stock Management – Tracking & Replenishment: Monitor marketing-related stock levels (e.g. goodies, print materials), handle reorders, and ensure inventory is up to date.
- Sorting, Storage, and Filing: Support the team with organizing marketing materials, filing documents, and maintaining storage spaces for efficient access.
- Participation in Internal Event Organization: Contribute to the planning and coordination of internal events for staff based in Luxembourg and Switzerland.
- Support for External Events: Assist in the organization of external events for clients and prospects, in collaboration with the Sales team, by preparing and sending required material.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal departments and external providers (e.g., printers, graphists) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide general support with daily administrative tasks within the Marketing team.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments such as Travel, HR, Sales, and Operations.

Profile
- Current enrollment in post-graduate studies in business, communication, public relations or marketing is mandatory.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills preferred.
- Strong team player working in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with a flexible approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or an equivalent design package is considered an advantage

Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits: (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
